Navigating DCFS or child welfare involvement can feel isolating, overwhelming, and hard to explain to people who have never experienced it.
Still Their Parent is a small virtual support and process group for California parents navigating court involvement, case plans, visitation, family separation, reunification, grief, anger, relationships, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
This is not a parenting class or a heavily educational group. It is a space to process, connect, and be understood by others who are navigating similar experiences.
Brief intake required before joining. Payment accepted through Zelle or Ivy Pay.
**This group is independently offered by Hope for Growth Therapy and is not affiliated with or operated by DCFS, juvenile court, or any child welfare agency.

You spend so much time asking what your child, school, providers, and family need.
This group creates room for another question:
What do YOU need?
My Needs Matter Too is a small virtual support group for California parents and caregivers of children with special needs.
This group offers space to talk honestly about caregiver burnout, guilt, isolation, relationships, IEP and school stress, advocacy fatigue, family dynamics, navigating services, identity outside of caregiving, and worries about the future.
This is not about comparing whose situation is harder. It is a space to connect, process, and be supported by people who understand the realities of caregiving.
Brief intake required before joining. Payment accepted through Zelle or Ivy Pay.
