THERAPIST

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I am deeply committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds, identities, and abilities. I believe that every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected — and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for healing and growth.

I earned my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Francisco, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Sacramento. My academic and professional journey has shaped a deep understanding of both systemic and individual challenges, reinforcing my passion for equity, inclusion, and culturally responsive care.

I have experience working with diverse populations, and I honor the unique perspectives and strengths each client brings to the therapeutic process. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, relationship issues, or life transitions, I approach our work together with empathy, curiosity, and nonjudgment.

I believe in meeting clients where they are. My goal is to foster a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and respect — one that encourages growth, connection, and lasting change.

THERAPIST

As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), I am passionate about creating a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, and accepted for who they are. With over 10 years of experience supporting teens and families, I bring a client-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy and believe that each person already carries strengths that can support meaningful growth and change.

I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and my Bachelor of Arts in Social Behavior and Self-Development and Journalism from California State University, Los Angeles. My professional experience has strengthened my passion for working with individuals, couples, families, teens, women, mothers, caregivers, and culturally diverse populations.

I support clients navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship concerns, identity exploration, anger, family conflict, grief, motherhood, and parenting. My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, psychoeducation, and holistic, strengths-based practices to help clients gain insight, develop practical coping tools, recognize their strengths, and create healthier patterns in their lives.

I believe therapy works best when clients can show up as themselves without fear of judgment. I approach our work together with empathy, curiosity, and compassion while honoring each person’s experiences, values, culture, identity, and individual needs. For clients who desire it, I am also comfortable incorporating Christianity, faith, or spirituality into the therapeutic process.

Whether you are working through a difficult transition, trying to better manage anxiety or depression, strengthening your relationships, building confidence, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and fulfilled, my goal is to meet you where you are and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and meaningful. Together, we can identify your strengths, build practical tools, and move toward greater connection, healing, and lasting growth.
